With major help from Berlin, Germany.... Cindy just wanted to let you know that the hard drive of her laptop died some weeks ago so she has zero online access.
For those who are curious: she is fine, the laptop is not. Needless to say she's extremely pissed. If she gets back online she'll post something. Laptop donations now being accepted. ;-)

she probably just needed a laptop condom for all of the sand out there .. maybe it was too close to a foreign birdy?

A bit late coming around but this is not good news. Maybe the denizens at Apple could see fit to fix this problem. If not, next best step is to pick up a new or used hard drive to replace the recently deceased.
