this will be interesting. will apple have to vigorously defend each time someone says "i podcast?" or is it something bigger and more brilliant than even mr. tan could imagine - get a hit product, zillions of users, then charge a fee to say "i podcast." if you don't pay the fee - the apple legal team will rake in big bucks for an anscillary revenue stream that will go on the balance sheets as "big hunking windfall collected .99cents at a time." It is like double dipping itunes. (i would hire the mouses legal team, and tell them they have important new roles in the script)
