Spring's Lamb is a Buffalo
It's been said that the month of March is "in like a lion and out like a lamb." However, it is obvious that March is NOT departing like a lamb here in the northeast. It's more like a buffalo... or something. :-)

Snow? Now?

That would be affirmative. PA (where I was, anyway) had 9 inches of snow.)

Actually, the "lion" refers to Leo which is rising at the begining of the month and the "lamb" refers to Aries which is setting at the end of the month. They made up the weather analogy for school kids because we can't teach them the 5000 year old discipline of astrology, can we now.

Eric, welcome and thank you for stopping by and sharing the astrological explanation of lion and lamb. I'm sure you realize that I purposely used the weather analogy for my post. :-)
