Hello? Anybody Home?
Without looking I reached out to grab my cell phone to make a call and began pressing keys. Suddenly I'm hearing music. Duh! I grabbed the iPod instead of the phone. That's as bad as grabbing the landline to change the channel on the television (I've done that too.)
Obviously the elevator doesn't quite reach the top today. :-)

It wouldn't be at all surprising if I tried to answer a banana. That hasn't happened yet but I'm sure it will.

I just don't have that much technology. If I grab for something, usually it's only because it's the only thing I have.

oh. i've grabbed a remote-control on more than one occasion ... trouble is, i can't hear the voice at the other end.

Yeah - there was this Kiwi who went to the doctors with two badly bandaged ears. The doc wanted to know what happened and the Kiwi explained that he was ironing when the phone rang. Not thinking he picked the iron up and put it against his ear. The doc asks what happened to the other ear? Well after bandaging the first ear, the phone rang again...
