Proposed New Slogan for New York

The Bloomberg administration has proposed "The World's Second Home" as a phrase they'd like to trademark as New York's official slogan. The New York Times invited readers to suggest alternatives, and some suggestions were included in this past Sunday's City section of the newspaper. My favorite: "Come. Don't Come. Whatever."

I vote for "New York, The Veritable Nether-region of the Universe."

Just a thought.

Hey - maybe it should be "Don't Smile - You're in New York".
