Buh bye, trackback.
This past week alone I have banned so many IP addresses from leaving comments or trackbacks that I've now run out of patience with it. Though it hadn't yet reached the level of insanity that some folks have experienced recently -- hundreds of trackback pings per day -- I wasn't going to wait around for more. I deleted that capability entirely and that's that.

Ah, là, là, the horror of it all!
Blame me then, ma belle, but fortunately I don't suffer since my own place is miraculously spared most of that. Such are the rewards of being a bore. You should try it.
