Oh, Canada!

It's that time of year again. The temperature has dipped considerably and the rain has turned to snow. Tomorrow promises temperatures at zero, and y'all know where it swoops down from... :-) This post is guaranteed to start the now-annual winter festival of snark between the down-state chick and her frozen, upstate friend.
