Paul - yes I think they are, if you plan on eating them. I think the idea is that you stand *under* the mistletoe that's hanging from the ceiling (or if you prefer, have some in your hand and hold it over your head) then you gently pull your S/O into you and plant that kiss :-)
Zoe, of course you would select that one. Makes perfect sense to me.
