Ummm. No. I don't think the word you mentioned has ever been raised in a conversation with any other male, let alone a former boss. The closest we ever get to something like that is when discussing a difficult (cranky, grumpy, disagreeable) colleague (or either sex), then someone will say: "Well we all know what s/he needs." Everyone will nod and leave it at that.

If you looked any younger, you would need proof of age to enter a bar or drive a car :-)
