Spanky the Clown Arrested
Spanky, a clown with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, has been arrested on charges stemming from a child pornography investigation. He faces 10 counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Spanky is 23 years old and from Jacksonville, Florida. Source: CNN
