I live in Houston where seeing both of these ladies in the same location is entirely possible.
The little one has to know she's showing off her muffins (do you feel a draft?), but, uh, our larger example is surely showing hers off by accident.

Had this one from a friend in South Africa - labelled Paris France - Parys, SA. but I have seen both all around the UK as well.
